Gammon India Ltd

Our place is located at 105/A, Middle Road in Kolkata. It’s a typical old-school office environment where we handle the day-to-day operations for Gammon India Ltd. There’s no big sign or anything special to look at from the outside, but we’ve been here for quite some time. The neighborhood is 700014, and it’s got that classic Kolkata feel to it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with years of project notes. We aren't really about the corporate polish you see in the big glass buildings. We prefer just getting on with it. The fans hum all day, and there's usually a bit of a mess on someone’s desk from the morning’s work. We manage various tasks from this Middle Road branch, making sure things are moving where they need to go. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know where every single document is kept, even if it doesn't look like it to an outsider. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We show up early, deal with the logistics, and head home. It’s a solid routine that has served us well over the years in this city.
