Gammon Cooling Towers Ltd

We've been doing cooling towers for a while now. Most people around Thakurpukur know where we are, down in Jyotirmoy Nagar. It's a busy spot. We handle the builds and the repairs. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we get through the work anyway. It’s mostly just us keeping things running for the local plants. We don't have a big fancy office. Just the place at 8/4 Shyamaprasad Road. People stop by when they need something fixed or just to talk about a new tower setup. We've seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. My dad started with smaller jobs and then it just grew into this. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the work right. It gets hot in Kolkata, so cooling towers are pretty much always needed. If you're driving past the neighborhood, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, but it's home. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office is quiet sometimes. Mostly, we just focus on the parts and the assembly. There's always a lot of dust and noise when we're testing a new fan or checking the fill. It's honest work. We keep a stash of old parts in the back just in case someone needs an emergency fix on an older model. That's just how we do things here. We don’t use computers much, mostly just paper and pencils for the sketches. It works for us.
