Furnace Foundry Equipment Co.

Our office is up on the third floor of Migma Apartment, specifically Flat 31. It’s a bit of an old building on Ashutosh Chowchurry Avenue. Dealing with furnace and foundry stuff from an apartment might seem a bit odd to some, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through paperwork on these desks. There is a lot to keep track of with industrial parts and big equipment orders. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so I usually take the stairs if I’m in a hurry. It’s mostly just files and technical drawings piled up here. We don’t have a big showroom since the machines we deal with are way too large for a flat. We just handle the business side of things from this room. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the street noise below. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have been in this spot for a good number of years. It’s quiet enough to get the technical specs right. We know the neighbors, and they don't mind the occasional delivery. Usually, it’s just the three of us here making calls and checking on shipments. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under catalogs. That is just how the work goes.
