Freya Shipping Agencies Pvt Ltd is located on the 3rd floor of Suryaniket in Laketown. Our address is P-111, Block - B. If you know Kolkata, you know Laketown is a busy residential and commercial mix. It’s a nice area to work in, honestly. We have a view of the street from the third floor. It’s not a huge office, just a comfortable space where we handle all the shipping agency work. We spend our days on the phone or checking manifests. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the people, but we’re used to the noise. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a private limited company with a small, dedicated team. Most of us have been working here for years and we know each other well. We know the tea stall downstairs very well, too. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the commute difficult, but we always manage to make it in. Shipping is a 24-hour business, even if we aren't always sitting in the office chairs. We try to be helpful and just do our jobs. There’s no big mission statement on the wall here. We just want to make sure the ships and the cargo are taken care of properly.
