We've been based out of Madurdah for a while now. Specifically at 888/2. It's right near the Anandapur police station area, which is part of the whole East Kolkata Township Project. Dealing with real estate here is what we do daily. Most people know the area is growing, and we're just part of that landscape. It's not a fancy office, but we're here every morning. We handle the paperwork and the site visits. Sometimes the traffic around the township project gets a bit much, but that's life in Kolkata. We focus on the local plots and buildings around this side of the city. Being close to the bypass helps people find us. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the local streets. If you're looking for us, look for the building near the project site. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn't much to say other than we spend most of our time looking at properties or meeting people who need help with their housing stuff. It's regular work. We've seen how much the neighborhood has changed since the township project started picking up. It's busy but we like it. The office stays open late most days because that's when people are free. We just try to keep things organized. That's pretty much us, a small setup in Madurdah trying to keep up with the local real estate demand. It is honest work for us and we just get on with it.
