Fortis Medical Centre

Our location is at 2/7 Sarat Bose Road. It is a well-known part of the city, and the building stands right there on the main stretch. Fortis Medical Centre is not as massive as some of the other hospitals, but it stays very busy. The entrance is right off the sidewalk. We have a lot of people coming in for consultations and tests throughout the day. The interior is quite clean, though you can tell the building has been here for some time. We have a small reception area where people check in. It gets quite cramped when three or four families arrive at once. The staff here has a rhythm to how we work. We use these old computers for some tasks and newer ones for others. It is a mix of the old and the new. The windows look out onto the traffic of Sarat Bose Road. You can see the yellow taxis lined up outside most of the time. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit loud, especially during the rush hour when everyone is heading home. We have a small area for coffee and tea for the staff in the back. It is a standard medical setup, really. No fancy waterfalls in the lobby or anything like that. Just rooms, hallways, and people doing their jobs. We try to keep the wait times down, but it is not always easy when the place is full of people.
