Fle Fastline Express (P) Ltd is our company, and we are based in Behala. The address is P-17, Arcadia, Kolkata-34. Behala is a crowded part of West Bengal, but it’s our home and we like it here. We’ve got a small office in the Arcadia building. It’s a practical space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly it's just calendars, maps, and some old photos. We handle express deliveries, so things move fast around here. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic, but we manage. We are just a small group of people. We know the local roads well, which helps when the traffic gets bad. The traffic in Behala can be a real problem in the evenings, but we find our way through the side streets. We started this because we knew the area and saw a need for a local service. It's a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business to those of us who work here. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors because often they actually are. We don't use big words or try to sound like we're from some corporate headquarters. We're just here in Kolkata-34, trying to keep the deliveries moving on time. It’s hard work and the hours are often quite long, but we like the independence of it. We’ve been at P-17 for quite a while.
