Fitwell India

If you head over to No. 36 Strand Road and go up to the 4th floor, that’s where Fitwell India is located. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a view of the river if you crane your neck the right way. The elevator works most of the time, but sometimes we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Strand Road is always packed with traffic, so the noise reaches us even all the way up here. We’ve been at this address for a while. Our office is a mix of old furniture and some newer stuff we picked up. It’s a functional space. We don’t have fancy rugs or art on the walls, just calendars and some charts. The team is usually busy with whatever orders came in that morning. We deal with people from all over, but we’re just a local outfit at heart. In the summer, the fans are always on full blast because it gets stuffy. Lunchtime is usually when we all sit together and talk about things other than work. No. 36 is an old building with a lot of character. You can feel the history of the city when you walk through the lobby. We like it here because it feels solid. It’s just us doing our thing day after day on the 4th floor. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The days go by fast.
