Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is right here in Kolkata, tucked away at 20/1C, Raipur Mondal Para Road. If you know the P.O. Naktala area, you probably know it’s a bit of a maze but a good spot to be. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets a bit noisy when school lets out, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have a few desks and a lot of papers everywhere. The morning usually starts with some tea and a quick talk about what needs to happen before the day ends. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing with slides and suits. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and stay focused on the tasks. Getting here can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the lanes around Raipur Mondal Para, but once you find us, it's pretty straightforward. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. There isn't much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just functional shelves and old computers. We like it this way. It feels like a real office where things actually happen. If you’re ever near Naktala and see the sign, that is us. We just keep our heads down and handle the business.
