If you go to the 3rd floor of P-41 Vivekananda Sarani, you will find our flat. It is Flat D3. We are in the 700063 area of Kolkata. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. It is a typical office setup where we handle various solutions for our clients. We have a few rooms filled with desks and equipment. It’s often a bit cluttered with notes and chargers, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a reception desk with a fancy logo. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We are a small group of people who know how to handle the daily grind. We don’t really talk about missions or visions. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. The commute to Vivekananda Sarani can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but we are used to it by now. We’ve got some good neighbors in the building who we see in the hallway. Most of our day is spent in front of screens or discussing projects. We like to keep things simple and direct. There's no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in when there is a lot of work. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting things right rather than looking polished. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but we try to get home for dinner by eight.
