Favourite Tools (India)

You can find us at 67-B, Netaji Subhas Road. We are up in Suite No. 23. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we would like it to. Favourite Tools (India) is basically a room full of tool samples and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of time looking at catalogs and talking to manufacturers on the phone. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a few of us here in the office. We know our tools, though. If someone asks for a specific wrench or a cutting bit, we usually know exactly which drawer it is tucked away in. The space is a bit cramped because we keep so much stock on hand for quick orders. Sometimes it feels like the cardboard boxes are closing in on us, but we manage to stay organized enough. Netaji Subhas Road is always loud with traffic and people, so it is never really quiet in the suite. We do not mind it. It is just the pulse of the city outside the window. We have been in this suite for quite a while now. We have seen neighbors come and go over the seasons. We just keep doing our thing. It is about being practical and helping people get the right equipment for their jobs. We do not have a marketing department. We just have our knowledge and a phone.
