Falcon International

Falcon International is located on the first floor at 2A Deedar Buksh Lane. It’s one of those narrow lanes where you have to be careful not to bump into anyone coming the other way. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout depending on what’s arrived that day. The office isn't very large and it’s usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the printer going off. We deal with a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers, so there are files everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we generally know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time now. The windows look out over the lane, and you can hear the street noise all day long. Sometimes we have to stay late to deal with people in different time zones, which means a lot of late-night tea and snacks from the shop downstairs. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Most of the people we deal with have been working with us for years and they know exactly where to find us. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics as they come in.
