You can find F R Industries at number 45 in the Raja Ram Mohan Rai Colony. It is a quiet enough area, mostly residential with some small businesses like ours mixed in. Our building is a basic structure where we have set up all our manufacturing equipment. It is not a place for a showroom; it is where the actual making of things happens. We have been in this colony for years, and the neighbors are used to the sounds coming from our workshop. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the heavy machines are running, but we try to keep it within reasonable hours. The space inside is mostly dedicated to raw materials and finished parts waiting to go out. We do not have a big team of secretaries or managers. It is just a handful of us who know the machines inside and out. We wear our work clothes and do not mind getting a bit of grease on our hands. The street outside is usually lined with a few scooters, and maybe a truck if we are loading something up. We do not follow any corporate handbook or have big mission statements. We just show up, see what needs to be made, and get to it. It is a small-scale operation that relies on hard work and staying consistent. We have been part of the local fabric here for a long time and we like the simplicity of it.
