Express-It Courier Company has its office right here among all the other local shops and businesses. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the people, but inside we just focus on getting the parcels sorted. 700 065 is the postal code we use. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our chai. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office with plenty of shelf space for the packages. Every morning starts with a big pile of stuff to go through. We check the labels, match them up, and get them ready for the delivery guys. Kolkata can be a bit chaotic, especially when it rains, but we just keep at it. Some days are busier than others, especially around the holidays. We don't do anything special or use any high-tech jargon. We just take what people give us and try to get it to the destination without any fuss. It’s a simple setup at Rabindra Sarani. We like it this way because it’s easy and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do.
