Exide Industries Ltd

Our place is in Dum Dum, at Meghdoot Apartment, Flat 4C. It is located on K. B. Sarani, near East Mall Road. Being in North Kolkata, we are quite close to the airport, so we hear the planes overhead all the time. The apartment is on the fourth floor, which keeps us busy when we have to move any equipment around. We do not have an elevator that fits the big stuff, so it is a lot of manual labor carrying things up. The rooms are filled with boxes and some old furniture we have had for years. It is definitely more of a workspace than a living space. We have been here in West Bengal for a long time, and we know the East Mall Road area like the back of our hand. The traffic around Dum Dum can be a nightmare during the day, so we plan our deliveries very carefully. Inside the flat, it is usually quiet until the phones start ringing with orders. We handle all sorts of battery stuff for Exide Industries. We are not here to impress anyone with fancy rugs or glass walls. It is just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a break and watch the traffic below. It is a real, living part of the city. We do not use big words or pretend to be something we are not. We just provide batteries to the people who need them and go about our business.
