Evenflow Realty Private Limited is based in the 'Premlata' building on 39 Shakespeare Sarani3Rd Floor. This is a pretty well-known street, so it’s easy to find us once you’re in the area. The office is a decent size, but we’ve filled it up with desks and cabinets over the years. It feels like a real working space. We handle various real estate tasks throughout the day. Some of us are always on the phone, while others are out showing apartments or meeting with lawyers. Shakespeare Sarani is always busy with cars and people, which gives the office a bit of energy. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. We mostly just focus on the clients who walk in or call us up. Our setup is practical. We have a small area where people can sit while we pull up files. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles on the hottest days, but we get by with fans. We’ve seen the real estate market change quite a bit, and we just try to keep up with the new rules. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details, but we’re used to it. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a group of people working in real estate, trying to do a good job from our third-floor office in Premlata. It gets stressful sometimes, but we like the work. Shakespeare Sarani is a good place to be for a company like ours.
