Eternalia Creative & Merchandising is run out of BH-175 in Salt Lake, which is a much quieter part of Kolkata compared to the main city center. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s a bit more relaxed here, with trees lining the streets and not nearly as much honking. We focus on the creative side of things—merchandising and design. If you walked in, you’d see a bit of a mess, honestly. There are product samples, sketches, and fabric swatches scattered across the tables. We don't really bother with the whole 'corporate' look; we’re usually just in our everyday clothes, focused on whatever project is on the screen. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We spend a lot of time sitting around a table just figuring out how a design should look or how to get a specific item produced. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished sales pitch. Most of our work comes from people who’ve seen what we’ve done before and liked it. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to finalising designs. We like being in the 700091 area because it’s easy to get to but stays relatively calm. It’s just a practical, creative space where we try to build things that look right. No big speeches, just a lot of coffee and late-night work.
