Our office is located at No. 72/1-E on Dr. Radha Kumud Mukherjee Sarani, right in the heart of Gariahat. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We deal with digital stuff, mostly repairs and helping people with their gadgets. It’s a small space filled with cables, monitors, and bits of hardware scattered on the workbenches. We aren't a big flashy tech company. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. People bring in things that stopped working, and we see what we can do. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times we have to wait weeks for a part to arrive from somewhere else. Gariahat is a great place to be because there is always something happening, but it gets very crowded during the festive seasons. Our desks are usually a mess of screwdrivers and half-opened laptops. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't busy with a soldering iron. It’s practical work. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us as the place to go when their computer acts up. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the old fan we have keeps things moving. We just keep our heads down and do the work any way we can every day.
