We are based at 23-A, N.S.Road. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Esbee Exim Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team of people who handle the import and export side of things. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of other businesses tucked away in it. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long from here. We spend most of our time dealing with shipping documents and talking to vendors. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there’s a problem with the paperwork, and we just have to sit down and figure it out. It’s about being patient and staying on top of the details. We’ve been in this location for a good while, so we know the local tea sellers and the other people in the building. It’s a steady kind of life here on N.S. Road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part properly and get home on time. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but we manage.
