We're based in Suite 4B on the second floor of S.B. Towers. Being over on Shakespeare Sarani at number 37 means there is always traffic outside, but it’s a good central spot for us. At Esarco Exim Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time on the phones or looking at customs documents. Exporting and importing isn't as glamorous as some people think, it's mostly about tracking schedules and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve been in this office for a bit now and the shelves are pretty full of binders and old files. It’s a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up, but we don't mind the exercise. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have worked together for years. We handle all sorts of trade stuff, mainly focusing on getting goods moved without too much of a headache. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, we just like doing our work and going home at the end of the day. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment, and we just have to sit down and fix it. That's just how the business is. We like being in this part of town, even if it gets loud. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything happening.
