Our address is 48 Pratapgarh, which is over in the Santoshpur area of Jadavpur. It’s a classic Kolkata neighborhood with lots of activity. The building we’re in is number 48, and it’s where we run everything for Enkey Electrical. Note the spelling, as people sometimes get it mixed up. We’ve been in this part of South Kolkata for a while. The office is pretty small and packed with all sorts of electrical gear. You’ll find wires, switches, and various components tucked into every corner. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. Mostly, it’s just us handling the requests that come in from the local area. Jadavpur is a busy place, and the lanes can be quite tight, so we’ve learned to be quick on our feet. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the work that needs to be finished. The weather in Bengal can be a bit much, especially during the rains, but we keep the shop open regardless. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who walk past our door every day. We aren't looking to expand into some massive conglomerate. We’re happy just being the electrical guys at Pratapgarh, getting the job done without any unnecessary drama. It is a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic, but we are used to it by now.
