Being on VIP Road means we are in a very busy part of the city. There’s always cars honking and people moving about outside. The apartment complex is where we handle the real estate side of things. It’s not a huge office building, just a space within the Crown Apartment setup. We spend most of our time talking to people about properties and looking over plans. Kolkata is a big city and real estate is always a bit hectic. We try to keep a calm environment inside the office even if it’s noisy outside. We don't have a big flashy sign or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just desks, chairs, and some maps of the areas we work in. We’ve been at this Raghunathpur location for a while now. Most of us take the bus or drive through the VIP Road traffic to get here every morning. It’s a pretty standard routine. We answer the phones, talk to folks who walk in, and try to get the paperwork finished before the day ends. It’s a practical place for a realty company to be based. Just regular people trying to get work done in a busy city. Sometimes we stay late when things get really busy.
