Elyzium Interior Architects

Our office is located at 11B, Burdwan Road, right in the Alipore area. Elyzium Interior Architects isn't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who just really enjoy figuring out how to set up a house or an office. The Alipore area is quite nice, with a lot of old trees and big houses, which gives us plenty of inspiration. Our space is usually cluttered with catalogs, tile samples, and rolls of drawings. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but it’s where the work happens. We spend a lot of time debating where a light should go or which wall needs to be moved. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes we disagree and have to talk it through until we find a solution that actually works for the room. We don't use a lot of technical talk when we meet with folks. We just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have seen what we did for their friends. We don't go out looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to make sure the kitchen we designed actually works for the person using it every day. It’s practical, everyday work that we take seriously. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying put on Burdwan Road for the future. There is always something new to work on.
