Electrosteel Integrated Limited

Our place is at Panchanan Bhawan on Shimla Satghara Road in Rishra. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address but it is home to us. Being in the Hooghly district means we are part of a long history of industry in this region. The building at P.O. Pravash Nagar is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an old-school setup with high ceilings and heavy doors. You won't find any modern art or minimalist design here. Instead, there are piles of files and rows of equipment. We handle the integrated side of the business here and things can get pretty hectic when a big shipment arrives. The road outside can be quite narrow for the bigger trucks so there is always a bit of shouting and gesturing to get everyone parked right. We have a small crew and we all eat lunch together usually. The local tea is good and it keeps us going through the long afternoons. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the physical work. We don't spend much time on fancy emails or marketing stuff. We just look at the schedule and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It is a bit messy and loud sometimes but that is just how a real worksite should be. Everyone here puts in a fair day of effort and we go home tired.
