Our Behala office is located at 10/B Fakir Para Road. If you know South Kolkata, you know that Behala traffic is something you have to plan your day around. Electrosteel Castings Limited has been here for years, right in the middle of this busy neighborhood. The office is tucked away on Fakir Para Road, which is a bit narrower than the main road but still quite active. It’s a solid, multi-story building that has seen a lot of seasons. We don't have a big shiny sign or a grand entrance. You just walk in and find us. The interior is simple. We have wooden desks, old metal filing cabinets, and a lot of papers everywhere. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover, but it’s where real work happens. We handle a lot of the West Bengal business from this spot. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with the company for a decade or more. We get our snacks from the vendors on the street and talk about the local football matches. We don't use corporate jargon or have long meetings about "strategy." We just see what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. That’s just the culture we have here in our Behala branch.
