So, this is the spot for Electrosteel Castings Limited here in Kolkata. My name is Subhadeep Ojha and I spend most of my time at 25, Bansdroni New Govt. Colony. It is a bit of a quiet area if you compare it to the main city center, but the traffic still gets pretty bad around the junction during the morning rush. The building itself is just part of the neighborhood. I have lived and worked around here for a while now. Some days are just about paperwork and making sure the orders are moving along like they should. Kolkata is always humid, so the fans are usually going full speed in the office. We deal with a lot of the casting work and pipe stuff that the company is known for, but from this specific address. There is a small tea stall just down the road from the colony gate where I go when I need a break from the screen. Most of the people living around here know us by now. It is not some fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where the work gets done. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the colony is a bit confusing for new delivery drivers. I usually have to step out and wave them down. That is just how it is. It keeps things interesting though. We have been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home.
