Effective Tutions

Effective Tutions is found at 12, Kalidas Singha Lane in Kolkata. We are in the 700009 area, which is quite central. Our building is right beside the Amherst Street Police Station. We are also very close to Raja Bazar Science College. It’s a very academic and busy part of the city. The lane itself is narrow and always full of life. You can hear the sounds from the college and the street all day long. Our space is just a regular house that we’ve converted for classes. It has that old Kolkata feel with thick walls and high ceilings. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and boards. There isn't any shiny furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place for students to sit and learn their lessons. We are just local people who have been around this area for a long time. Most of the students walk here from the nearby colleges or schools. We don't do any big promotions. We just keep our door at number 12 open. Sometimes the police station nearby is very active, which adds to the busy atmosphere. Being beside Raja Bazar Science College is great because there are always students around. We just focus on the teaching part of our day. It’s a simple, honest setup that hasn't changed much over the years. We like it that way.
