Eden Group

We are located at 1165 Chak Garia, right near the Lal Gate in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it is near the Panchasayar post office and the Garia station isn't too far off. The office is a busy little hub for us at Eden Group. We deal with property and building things, so there is always a stack of papers to go through or a map to study. The area around Lal Gate is always moving, with people heading to work or the market, and that energy kind of spills into our office too. It is not a silent place; there is always someone talking on the phone or the sound of the ceiling fan clicking away. We have some chairs for people to sit while we explain the layouts or talk about the latest developments. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a few visitors at once. We do not really do the whole corporate polished look. It is more about having a place where we can actually get things done and meet the people we are working for. We have got our files, our tea mugs, and our daily list of things to check on. Kolkata can be a hectic city, and Garia is no exception, but we have found our rhythm here over the years. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure everything with the properties is handled properly without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk.
