Economic Trade Centre

We’re located in Marshall House at 25 Strand Road. Economic Trade Centre is in Room 69/2 on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people since they don't have to wait for the lift. The building is one of those old ones in the heart of the business district. It’s always crowded and a bit chaotic around here. Our office is a modest space. We have some metal cupboards for files and a few desks pushed together. It’s not a place built for show. We handle trade matters and it involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people. The air inside can get a bit stuffy when it’s hot outside, so we keep the fans going all day. There’s always someone coming or going through the corridors of Marshall House. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shopkeepers and office workers nearby. We don't use much in the way of marketing. We just do the work and let that be it. Our hours are pretty standard, though we sometimes stay late if there’s a lot of filing to catch up on. You can usually find one of us sitting at the main desk near the door. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We like the convenience of being on the ground floor and the history of this old building. It’s been our home for a long time.
