We are up on the second floor, Room 53 at 67/B Netaji Subhas Road. It is an old building and the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. We sell tools. All kinds of stuff for building or fixing things. The room is usually crowded with boxes and different metal parts. It can be hard to find things sometimes if you don't know where to look. We spend a lot of our time sorting through inventory. Most of the people who come here are workers or guys looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We’ve been at this address for a long time. Netaji Subhas Road is always noisy with traffic and people shouting. We keep the windows open mostly. It’s a simple business. We buy tools and then we sell them to whoever needs them. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Just the one room where we keep everything. Sometimes we drink tea and wait for the next customer to walk in. It is honest work. We know our tools well enough to tell you what works for what job. Dealing with suppliers takes up most of our mornings. The afternoon is for the walk-ins. It is just a regular shop doing regular things. Nothing special to see here really, just lots of tools and some hard work every day at Eastern Tools India.
