Eastern Railway

We are located at 116/1 Santoshpur East Road in Kolkata. It is a residential-feeling area but we have been tucked away here for a good while. Dealing with the railway side of things means there is always a mountain of paperwork to get through. It is not the fastest process in the world, and we know that. Some days the office is quiet and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We handle various tasks related to the Eastern Railway operations from this branch. The building itself is just a regular Kolkata structure, nothing special to look at. We spend most of our time at our desks or heading out to the stations when something needs a look. Kolkata weather is always a factor, especially when the streets start flooding in the rainy season and it makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge. We have a small group of staff here who know how the system works. It can be frustrating when things move slowly, but that is just how it is with large organizations like the railway. We are not trying to sell anything, just doing the jobs that keep the trains and the infrastructure behind them moving along. It is a lot of lists, logs, and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
