We are located at No. 8/9 East Mall Road. It is a busy place with a lot of noise from the street, but we have been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and some desks for the paperwork side of the projects we handle. Most of our day is spent talking to people about what they need fixed or built. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the fans just move the warm air around, but the work still has to get done. We have a few people working here who have been part of the team for years. They know the neighborhood well and usually have a story or two about the folks living around East Mall Road. We deal with various project types, from small repairs to bigger construction tasks that take up a lot of space in the back. It gets a bit messy with materials lying around, but that is just how it goes when you are actually doing the work instead of just talking about it. Every morning starts with some tea and a look at the schedule. We don't always stick to it perfectly because things happen, but we do our best to stay on track.
