E Comm Consultancy is based in a room on the second floor of Shyam Chambers. We are at No. 7/ 1 A Grant Lane, right in the heart of the city. It’s a busy area with lots of narrow lanes and old buildings. Our room, No. 2 B, is where we spend our days. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re inside. The building has that old Kolkata feel to it, with high ceilings and thick walls. We do consultancy work for various e-commerce projects. It’s mostly sitting at computers and talking on the phone. Grant Lane is always buzzing with people and delivery carts. We like being in the center of everything. Our office is functional, with just enough space for our team and some files. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you just knock on the door of Room 2 B. We’ve been in Shyam Chambers for a while now. It’s a practical location for us because it’s close to everything else in the business district. We don’t do any fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people who already know us. We just try to keep things running smoothly and help our clients with their online business needs. It’s a small, dedicated operation in an old part of town.
