D.T.L Construction Company operates from a flat in Kolkata. Our address is care of S. P. Acharya and C. P. Bhatterjee, located at "O" Block, Flat No. 10 in the Gov. Housing area of Sotpoor. It is a bit different to run a construction firm out of a government housing society, but it has worked for us for quite some time. We don't have a big warehouse or a fancy storefront. Instead, we use this space to manage our projects and handle all the necessary paperwork. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet during the day when most people are out at work. We keep our blueprints and files here and meet with people when we need to discuss a new job. Kolkata is a big city, but being in Sotpoor gives us a bit of a local feel. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees and a marketing team. It is just us, working from a flat, trying to get things built. Sometimes the space feels a bit small when we have a lot of plans spread out on the table, but we make it work. We spend most of our time out on the actual sites anyway. This office is just our home base where the planning happens. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things, and we have grown used to the routine of working from "O" Block.
