Up here in Siliguri, we’re located at St Agnes Hostel, near the Gyan Jyoti College More. It’s an interesting spot for Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd. Paschal John is the one who handles the mail here. We’re in the Pradhanagar area. It’s a busy part of town because of the college and the students. We get a lot of people sending books and clothes home. The office isn't very big, and it can get quite crowded when the delivery truck arrives. We do our best to keep everyone's packages safe and organized. Siliguri is a gateway for the hills, so we see a lot of transit stuff moving through. The weather is nicer than the plains, but the rain can be heavy sometimes. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a simple life. No fancy branding, just a sign outside the hostel. We have a lot of regular customers who live nearby. It’s nice to know people by name. Sometimes we have to hunt for a package that got buried under others, but we eventually find it. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the mail sorted. It’s just us, the scales, and the parcels. Every day is pretty much the same, and that’s fine with us. We just get through the pile and start again the next day.
