We are over at 20B/1 Dhakuria Station Road, right on the third floor. If you know Kolkata, you know the station road gets pretty busy most days. We've been here for a while now, just dealing with all the boxes and papers that come through our door. It’s not a very fancy office, just a workspace where we try to keep things moving. Most mornings start with a bit of tea and then we get into sorting the cargo. Being on the third floor means a lot of trips up and down, but it’s what we do. People come by to drop off parcels for family or business, and we just make sure they get labeled right. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, and the stairs can be tiring, but it's home for us during the day. We handle a lot of local stuff and some that goes further away. It’s just us here, making sure the cargo doesn't sit around for too long. The Dhakuria area is always buzzing, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just work. You might see us looking a bit tired by five, but that’s just how it goes when you’re moving things all day long. It's a simple operation really. We stay focused on the logs and the delivery routes. It’s not always easy, but we are here every day. I guess we've just become part of the neighborhood.
