We are based over here at 19 Aurobindo Park, which is a pretty recognizable spot if you live around Kolkata 51. Most days start early for us because there is always a lot of cargo to move. The office is tucked away but we stay busy with people dropping off packages and asking about delivery times. It is mostly just about keeping the paperwork straight and making sure the boxes are labeled right. We have been in this part of Kolkata for a good bit of time now, and you see the same faces coming in with their parcels. It gets quite loud sometimes when the trucks are loading up outside, but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a counter and some space for the crates. Dealing with shipments every day means you learn to handle all kinds of things, from small documents to heavy stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes things slow, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a simple setup at our Aurobindo Park location. We just focus on getting the items where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. People know where to find us when they have something to send. It’s steady work and we like being part of the neighborhood here in Kolkata.
