You can find us over at Ind. Plaza on D.H. Road in Joka. Being in Kolkata, you know how the weather and the traffic can be. Drakt Pharmaceutical has been tucked away in this spot for a bit. It’s an industrial plaza, so it’s mostly just trucks and workers moving around all day long. It isn't the prettiest place to look at, but it’s practical for what we do. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. The air is always a bit dusty from the road, but we’re used to it by now. We handle the pharma side of things, dealing with a lot of paperwork and shipping details. It’s a lot of routine. Some of us take the bus in, others have their own bikes parked out front. There’s a small lunchroom where we all sit and talk about whatever is on the news. We don’t have those fancy glass walls or expensive chairs. Everything is built to last. It’s a bit noisy because of the location, but that just feels like progress to us. Most of the local shops know our names because we’ve been here so long. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way. It’s honest work. If you end up in Joka, you’ll see the plaza easily enough. Just look for the gate.
