Our office is located in Katju Nagar in Kolkata. We’re at E-17, which is basically a residential house. We are right near the Jadavpur Police Station, so that’s the best way to find the neighborhood. It’s a busy area, but our street is a bit calmer. We share the space, and it’s listed under Sabya Sachi Dhar’s care. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the paperwork and equipment, but we’ve managed to organize it okay. Being in Kolkata 32 means we’re right in the thick of things. The building is older, with that classic look you see around this part of the city. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every corner, so the ceiling fans do a lot of the work. It’s a very grounded place to work. No one wears suits or anything like that here. We just show up and get through the tasks for Dowco Max Services. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power flickers, but that’s just life here. We’ve got a small porch where we sit sometimes when we need a break. It feels like a home because it mostly is one. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do what we do. It’s just us, a few desks, and the daily routine in Jadavpur. People know where we are if they need us.
