Donicy India Nidhi Limited is situated at 6/80/3/1 Bijoygarh. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes our office feel a lot more like a home than a business. We aren't one of those big financial institutions with hundreds of branches. We just have this one place where we meet with our neighbors. Most of the people who use our office live right here in Bijoygarh. We help them with their savings and provide some small-scale lending when it’s needed. The office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks and some cupboards for the files. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a big corporate philosophy. Being honest and doing our job well is just how we operate. People come in to update their passbooks and we often end up chatting about what’s going on in the area. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don’t wear uniforms or use a lot of technical jargon. We just speak plainly so everyone knows what’s going on with their money. The building is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and it serves us well. We’ve been here for a bit now and we plan to stay. It’s good to be a part of the local fabric of Bijoygarh. We’re just regular folks looking after the community’s savings in a straightforward way.
