We’re located in Asansol, West Bengal, specifically at Neelkanth Apartment on S.B Gorai Road. Our office is on the second floor, in Flat No. 202. It’s a modest setup for Dlf Laingo’Rourke (I) Ltd. We’ve been here for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. Being in an apartment building means it’s not your typical glass-and-steel office, but it works for us. We handle the local side of things from this desk. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to get through and people coming in to discuss various site details or project updates. Asansol is a busy place, and S.B Gorai Road always has something going on. We don't have a marketing team to write this stuff for us, so what you see is what you get. We aren't about big promises or using fancy words. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. We’ve got our computers, a printer that sometimes jams at the worst moment, and plenty of tea to keep us going. It’s a real workplace where real work happens every day.
