Our place is at 55/B Rani Harsha Mukhi Road. It’s an older street with a lot of movement throughout the day. We handle the work for Dlf Commercial Developers Ltd from this location. The building is a solid, traditional structure that’s been around for a long time. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have some heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have seen a lot of use over the years. We haven't bothered with much decoration because we’re usually too busy with the project work. There is a small area near the window where we keep some of the larger blueprints, though they tend to get a bit disorganized. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a site plan or a schedule. We use a lot of paper and we still like to write things down in notebooks. The street noise can be quite loud, especially with the buses going by, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't trying to be a high-tech corporate office. We just want a functional space where we can focus on our commercial development tasks. It’s an honest, no-frills environment where we just get the job done and go home at the end of the day.
