Dhrishyam Estates Private Limited

Our office is right on the ground floor at 20C, Lake Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are just beside Charu Chandra College. It is a lively spot to be because of all the students walking past our window every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when classes let out, but it keeps the energy up. We have been running Dhrishyam Estates Private Limited from this small ground floor space for some time now. It is convenient because people don’t have to climb any stairs to reach us. Inside, it is just a normal setup with a couple of tables and some computers that take a minute to start up in the morning. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to folks about houses or plots. The area around Lake Road is nice because there are some trees and it feels a bit different from the more crowded parts of the city. We keep a kettle in the back for making tea during our breaks. The office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized with our folders and files. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just getting through the tasks on our list. It's a straightforward life here, focused on the property work we do for people in the neighborhood. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on getting the daily paperwork finished.
