Our place is at 2/143 D in Bijoygarh, right near the Jadavpur area. If you know where the Bijoygarh Bazar is, we are very close to that. It’s a lively neighborhood with people always moving around. Our office is a busy spot where packages come in and go out all day long. We have a counter where people bring their boxes and envelopes. It’s a lot of weighing things and taping up cartons. The bell on the door rings pretty much constantly. We don't have much time for sitting around. The staff here is mostly local, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the Kolkata traffic when we can. It’s a straightforward operation. We take the items, scan them, and get them on the trucks. The back room is usually full of crates waiting to be moved. We don't have any big mission statements on the wall. We just have a clock and a calendar. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there’s a holiday coming up, but we just keep working through the pile. It’s an honest, busy environment. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just send things where they need to go. The office isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s just a normal part of the local market life.
