D Doshi Company

We've been here at Esplanade for quite some time now. Dharmatala is always so crowded, but it’s where everything happens in the city. D Doshi Company is basically just us running a small operation from this spot. It gets loud outside with the trams and the people rushing by, but we stay busy inside. Most days start around ten, and we don't really close up until late evening. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and talking to folks who walk in. The building itself is old, like most things around here, so it has its quirks. Sometimes the power goes out, or the stairs feel a bit steep after a long day. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just desks, some chairs, and whatever stock we are moving that week. My uncle started things off years ago, and we just kept it going. People know where to find us because we haven't moved. It’s not a complicated setup. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. The traffic on the main road is a nightmare during office hours, so we usually just stay put. It feels like home after all these years. If you know the area, you know how it is. Just a regular business doing regular things in the middle of a very busy part of town. We are just here.
