Dey Dental Clinic

The clinic is over at 134 Baranagar in Rabindro Nagar, right near BKC College and the ISI area. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or class. The clinic isn't very big, just a few rooms and a waiting area that gets a bit tight when there are more than three people sitting there. We've got the dental chair and some cabinets that have been with us for a long time now. Usually, there’s a bit of a wait because dental work just takes the time it takes. The fans keep the air moving when it gets really hot and humid outside. Sometimes students from the college pop in with a sudden toothache or a broken filling. It’s just the way it is here. We keep all the instruments clean and try to get through the daily schedule. The street outside is always noisy with cars and rickshaws going toward the main road. If you look out the window, you see the same tea vendors every single morning. The floors get scuffed up from all the shoes coming in, but we mop them down every evening before heading home. It feels like a normal, quiet part of the neighborhood. Nothing too fancy, just the place where people come when they need their teeth looked at. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and most people around here know who we are.
