Dermex International

You can find Dermex International over at 23-A, Palm Avenue. It’s a bit different from the crowded commercial areas, as Palm Avenue has a bit more space and some trees here and there. Our office is situated in a building that feels more like a home than a corporate tower. We like it that way because it’s a bit quieter and easier to concentrate on what we are doing. We handle international trade, mostly on the product side. It’s a lot of coordination with manufacturers and people overseas. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the team and our equipment. We usually start the morning with a bit of a chat before getting into the emails and the logistics. There’s no strict dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for the day. Sometimes the neighborhood is very calm, and other times there’s work going on on the street that makes it a bit noisy, but we don't mind much. We don't really have a big mission statement or anything fancy. We just try to get the orders right and keep our clients happy. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it’s a local kind of feel. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed but productive. We’ve been at this address for several years and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we even have lunch together in the small kitchen.
