Debtronics

Debtronics is located at C-15 in Ramgarh, which is quite near Ganguly Bagan in Kolkata. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you know it’s a mix of homes and small shops. We operate out of a modest space here. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We’ve been in Ramgarh for years, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of working pretty much the same. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or formal dress codes. It’s just us wearing what’s comfortable and getting the job done. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and customers who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a very person-to-person kind of business. We don't bother with big ads or trying to sound like a multinational. We’re just a local Kolkata outfit doing our bit. The commute can be a pain with the narrow lanes around Ganguly Bagan, but it’s home for us. We just open up in the morning, make some tea, and start looking at the tasks for the day. That’s about all there is to it. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of practical work.
