We are over on the 7th floor of the Balaka building, which is at 64 Lake Road in Kolkata 700 029. Being a part of the Dcl Group means we have some history behind us, but this office still feels like a small, tight-knit place. The view from the 7th floor isn't bad, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Lake Road is a nice part of Kolkata, and it’s easy for the staff to get to. We handle a lot of technical plant services as Dcips Ltd, so things can get pretty detailed and messy sometimes. We don't really use a lot of big words or corporate lingo here. We just talk like regular people and try to get the jobs finished on schedule. There's always a lot of coming and going with the field crews. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the maintenance schedules. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we have to plan ahead. It’s a practical office for practical work. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we know our way around the industrial side of things in West Bengal. It’s just about being reliable and showing up every day to do what’s expected of us at 64 Lake Road. We don't need fancy desks to get the work done right for the industrial plants we service.
