National Agencies

Our office, National Agencies, is located on the third floor at 14 Pollock Street. It’s right in the thick of things near the Central Metro Station and the Tea Board in the Lal Bazar area. Being in this part of the city means we are surrounded by old buildings and constant movement. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. We handle various agency and distribution tasks from this space. The office is filled with ledgers, samples, and boxes that seem to pile up no matter how much we organize. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We spend our time coordinating with suppliers and making sure our deliveries are on track. The area is famous for its history and the tea trade, so there is always a specific energy outside. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we end up carrying things up and down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that the local shops can count on. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure nothing gets missed. We’ve been in this building for years and know all the other tenants on the floor. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in the heart of the city.
